I decided to get a screen cover before I managed to scratch up my new
Zaurus. I initially ordered a G2,
which is supposed to be particularly clear. After not being able to get
it installed and wanting to avoid the horror stories of folks actually
breaking the digitizer with these things, I decided to order a
ClearTouch from
BrightHand. It did really well in
this review.
They actually didn't have any for the SL-5600 when I first checked. I
emailed them about it, and they myseriously appeared the next day. Cool.
So I ordered one, and when it arrived a few days later, it was too big.
Doh.
Emailed them back, they said the whole batch for the SL-5600's was a
half inch too large. So, they said another would be on it's way, and in
the meantime I just finished cutting this one down to size.
So now, after nearly two weeks of not using my Zaurus, it's back in
action. Only the passwords stored in my password program aren't available
to me, as I've since forgotten the password I picked for ZSafe. Hopefully
it'll come back to me :-)
