There's a really neat
Interview
on Slashdot with one of the founders of the
Iraqi LUG.
There's all kinds of things in that story that we don't get to hear in
the news. There seem to have been some incredible benefits from the war.
They only need a few dollars a month to have someone become a full-time
Linux advocate, I think I may donate. They aren't afraid to try Linux
there, but there are very few who know about it.
Somewhat more aggravating is that they have DSL available in Baghdad,
but I *still* can't get that in Harrisburg. Wah :-)
